Wine in Progress - 47° Congresso Nazionale A.I.S. a Firenze

Il 16 e 17 novembre alla Leopolda arriva Wine in Progress, il 47° Congresso Nazionale dell'Associazione Italiana Sommelier: Due giorni di incontri, eventi e degustazioni dedicati al vino. Ci saranno i più grandi Sommelier d'Italia, e quest'anno, per la prima volta, le porte saranno aperte a tutti. Il biglietto giornaliero, acquistabile in loco, ha il costo di € 20 per il pubblico e di € 10 per soci A.I.S. e prevede l’accesso, senza limiti e per tutto il giorno, a tutti i banchi d'assaggio.

Saranno organizzati incontri, eventi e degustazioni: l'ideale per avvicinarsi al mondo del vino e passare una serata diversa, imparando divertendosi. 

Per gli esperti di settore ma anche per i semplici appassionati sarà possibile degustare vini esclusivi provenienti da ogni parte d'Italia e scoprire l’importanza della figura professionale del Sommelier.

Sarà possibile inoltre partecipare (prenotandosi con un po’ di anticipo a questo link) degustazioni guidate di grandi vini italiani e internazionali che si svolgeranno nel corso di entrambe le giornate e assistere a conferenze tenute dai migliori Sommelier e dai produttori. 


On 16 and 17 November at the Leopolda will be Wine in Progress, the 47th National Congress of  the Association of Italian Sommelier. Two days of meetings, events and tastings dedicated to wine. There will be the greatest Sommelier of Italy, and this year, for the first time, the doors will be open to all. A day ticket must be purchased on site, has the cost of € 20 for the public and € 10 for A.I.S. members and provides an unlimited and all-day access to all tasting tables.

There will be organized meetings, events and wine tastings: the ideal way to have an introduction to the world of wine and to spend a different evening, learning while having fun.

For experts of the sector but also for the wine lovers, it will be possible to taste exclusive wines from all over Italy and discover the importance of a professional Sommelier. It will be possible to participate (booking at this link) guided tastings of great Italian and international wines that will take place during both days and attend lectures by the best Sommeliers and producers.

Per l'occasione l’area espositiva della stazione Leopolda sarà suddivisa in diverse aree: una riservata ai produttori di vino, l’area relax&food, con degustazioni di prodotti tipici e di nicchia, una sezione interamente dedicata all'olio extravergine italiano e l’area riservata ai principali Consorzi vinicoli, dove per la prima volta sarà presente anche il Consorzio Chianti Rufina. Per le Cantine Bellini, in qualità di sommelier per la degustazione dei nostri vini, sarà presente Andrea Masi.

La manifestazione comincerà sabato 16 novembre alle 10.00, con l'inaugurazione dell’Assemblea Nazionale per poi aprire le porte al pubblico alle 11.00 per una degustazione libera che andrà avanti fino alle 21.00. La domenica l’orario sarà continuato dalle 10.00 di mattina fino alle 21.00.

Tra gli eventi previsti per le due giornate, segnaliamo la domenica alle ore 18.00 lo spettacolo teatrale interpretato e diretto dagli stessi Sommelier A.I.S.: “In vino varietas”, dove avrà una piccola parte anche Andrea Masi.

Verrà svolto un interessante Wine Contest: una degustazione bendata a partecipazione libera. Due le categorie in gara: "Sommelier” (soci A.I.S.), che concorreranno per vincere una bottiglia Magnum da tre litri di Coevo Cecchi e “Appassionati” (non soci A.I.S.), che avranno in palio un corso completo di tre livelli per Sommelier. 

Segnaliamo inoltre che presso gli A.I.S. Wine Shop, attraverso la piattaforma di e-commerce Retalco, sarà possibile acquistare i vini degustati durante il tour, per poi riceverli direttamente a casa: un’ottima opportunità per aggiungere ai regali di Natale una buona bottiglia di vino.

For the occasion, the exhibition area of the Leopolda Station will be divided into different areas: one dedicated to wine producers, the relax&food area, with tastings of typical products, a section dedicated to Italian extra virgin olive oil and the area reserved for the wine of the Consortiums, where for the first time will also feature the Consorzio Chianti Rufina. For the Cantine Bellini, as Sommelier for the tasting of our wines, is responsible Andrea Masi.

The event will begin Saturday, November 16 at 10.00, with the inauguration of the National Assembly and then the doors will open to the public at 11.00 and it will go on until 21.00. Sunday the event will be open from 10.00 until 21.00.

Among the events planned for the two days, we report on Sunday at 18.00 the show theater starring and directed by the same A.I.S. Sommeliers: "In vino varietas", where also Andrea Masi will have a small part.

Will be done an interesting Wine Contest: a free blind tasting. There are two categories in the competition: "Sommelier" (members A.I.S.), which will compete to win a three-liter Magnum bottle of Coevo Cecchi and "Wine Lovers" (non-members A.I.S.), for whom will be given a full course of three levels for Sommelier.

We also report that at the A.I.S. Wine Shop, through the platform of e-commerce Retalco, it will possible to buy the wines tasted during the event, that will be delivered at home: an excellent opportunity to add at your Christmas gifts a good bottle of wine.

The promotional action of Cantine Bellini put the  collegial initiatives of Consorzio Chianti Rufina by side at the sponsorships of major events, particularly sporting character, such as the III Firenze International Master Meet, the Magnalonga e the Volley Rufina.

Oggi presentiamo in questo post una novità interessante: la sponsorizzazione di un meeting aziendale di una importante azienda internazionale che opera nel settore tecnologico e specializzata negli impianti audio: la K-array, consolidata realtà impegnata, tra l'altro, nelle forniture video e audio per grandi concerti e gare di Formula 1. 

K-array ospita l'annuale incontro a livello internazionale ogni anno il 2 e il 3 di ottobre alla sua sede principale di San Piero a Sieve. Il meeting riunisce insieme i soci della ditta italiana con tutti quelli degli altri paesi e ha la funzione di dare l'opportunità di confrontarsi e di discutere del lavoro svolto durante l'anno trascorso e delle strategie future.

Today, with this post, we introduce an interesting novelty: the sponsorships of a business meeting of an important international company  that operates in the field of technology and is specializing in audio systems: the K-array, consolidated society engaged, inter alia, with the supplies video and audio for large concerts and Formula 1 races.

K-array hosted its annual global distribution meeting on October 2nd and 3rd at their company’s Head Quarters in San Piero a Sieve.  The meeting put together the Italian brand’s partners from the four corners of the globe, to discuss about the management of  the company and the strategy for the future.

Our product this time does not support a comparison between athletes but a comparison between professionals who compete every day in the technology marketplace.

Attraverso questa iniziativa il vino delle Cantine Bellini ha potuto farsi conoscere così anche da operatori internazionali del settore. Insieme alle schede tecniche dei nostri vini, distribuite sui tavoli durante la cena aziendale, per l'occasione è stata creata appositamente una bottiglia con etichetta serigrafata come omaggio per tutti i partecipanti della serata.

 Through this initiative, the wine of Cantine Bellini could be known also by international operators. Together with the depliants of our wines, on the tables during dinner company,  for the occasion has been created a bottle label silk-screened as a tribute to all the participants of the event.

Promozione della consapevolezza sul territorio Chianti Rufina

 Territori, Persone, Grandi Vini rappresenta il punto di arrivo di un lungo ciclo di eventi promozionali del consorzio volti all'assaggio e alla diffusione dei suoi prodotti d'eccellenza in terra fiorentina.
Proprio in questo periodo infatti si svolgevano gli incontri dei produttori del Chianti Rufina nei tradizionali ristoranti fiorentini per far conoscere i vini al grande pubblico, condividendo un momento conviviale.

"Territories, People, Great Wines" represents the culmination of a long series of promotional events of the Consortium organized to the tasting and the diffusion of it's excellent products in Florentine territory.
Just in this period took place, the last year, the meeting of the producers of Chianti Rufina in traditional Florentine restaurants to make known about the wines to the general public and for sharing a convivial moment.

Questo evento è stato senza dubbio meno "rumoroso" del classico appuntamento ma non per questo è da considerarsi meno importante. Numerosi esperti della materia sono intervenuti alla serata hanno contribuito a
elevare il dibattito sulla diversificazione del territorio di Rufina in piccole micro zone.

This event was undoubtedly less "noisy" in the classic event but this is not to be considered less important. Many experts in the field have occurred in the evening helped to raise the debate on the diversification of the territory of Rufina in small micro areas.

I vari elementi di analisi e le considerazioni finali di uno studio scrupoloso da parte dell'Università di Milano sull'ampelografia della zona Rufina sono stati presentati dal Responsabile didattica regionale e progetti, formazione, sviluppo e organizzazione A.I.S. Toscana Massimo Castellani,  davanti ai sommelier dell'A.I.S, al sindaco di Rufina Mauro Pinzani, ai membri del Consorzio Chianti Rufina, ai produttori delle case vinicole e ad enologi e rappresentanti del settore.

The various elements of the analysis and the final considerations of a painstaking study by the University of Milan about the ampelography of  Rufina territory were presented by the Head of Teaching and regional projects, training, development and organization A.I.S. Tuscany Massimo Castellani, in front of the sommeliers of A.I.S., the mayor of Rufina Mauro Pinzani, the members of the Consorzio Chianti Rufina, the producers of the wineries, the winemakers and the winery representatives.

 

Il Podere "il Pozzo", rappresentato dal  Vigna vecchia 2010, è stato collocato nella zona denominata
"La ventilazione sulle colline della riva destra del fiume".

Le altre 4 zone che sono state esplorate durante la degustazione dei rispettivi vini sono: "La forza solare dell’area di Pelago e Diacceto", "L’argilla e il galestro dei terreni alla sinistra del Sieve", "Le fresche temperature di Pomino e Sieve alto", "La ricchezza del suolo di Molin del Piano".

Podere il Pozzo, represented by Vigna vecchia 2010, was placed in the area called "Ventilation of the hills of the right bank of the river."

The other 4 areas that have been explored during the tasting of their wines are: "The strength of the sun of the area of  Diacceto and Pelago", "The clay and marl of the land on the left of Sieve river", "The cool temperatures of Pomino and high Sieve river "," The richness of the soil of Molin del Piano".

 

Lo sforzo promozionale del 2013 si fa più "introspettivo" ed è finalizzato alla diffusione di quel materiale "grezzo" composto di dati, statistiche e osservazioni da cui si possono sviluppare molteplici spunti soggettivi
che ogni intervenuto all'evento rifletterà nella propria sfera d'azione. Chianti Rufina si conferma una realtà produttiva "consapevole" che prepara il suo futuro partendo da  robusto e forte impegno di molti esperti e appassionati. "Comprendere" (in latino: comprehendĕre, "prendere insieme") aspetti sensibili e particolari di un paesaggio articolato è il primo passo per maturare oggi una preziosa esperienza nella valorizzazione della gestione del territorio.

The promotional effort of 2013 is more "introspective" and is aimed at the diffusion of the "rough" material composed of data, statistics and observations from which you can develop multiple subjective ideas that
every participation at the event will reflected in its sphere of action. Chianti Rufina confirmed to be a production reality "aware" that prepares its future starting from sturdy and strong commitment of many experts and fans. Understand the sensitive aspects and details of an articulated landscape is the first step to mature today a valuable experience in the development of land management.
