Siete tutti invitati al GUSTA RUFINA 2011

Ormai pochi giorni ci separano dalla ghiotta settimana del Gusta Rufina. Dal 16 al 22 maggio, gli aromi intensi del Chianti Rùfina guideranno i commensali dei ristoranti fiornetini alle radici della cultura gastronomica toscana.

I piatti, ricettati secondo tradizione e preparati con i prodotti di stagione, avranno un posto d'onore nei menù dei ristoranti che hanno aderito alla manifestazione e si sposeranno con i vini del Chianti Rùfina che verranno proposti ad ogni serata.

I produttori presiederanno alcune serate per chi vorrà approfondire la conoscenza delle caratteristiche dei prodotti e del duro lavoro che si nasconde dietro ogni sorso divino.

Only a few days separate us from the week of Gusta Rufina. From May 16 to 22, the intense aroma of Chianti Rufina will guide the guests of the Florence restaurants to the roots of the food culture of Tuscany.

The dishes, cooked second tradition and prepared with seasonal products, will have an honored place on the menus of restaurants that have joined the demonstration and will be married with the Chianti Rufina wines presented every night

Presentazione del Consorzio Chianti Rufina e del Gusta Rufina 2011

Vogliamo condividere sul Blog l'intervista fatta da Andrea Gori al presidente Lorenzo Mariani e al vice presidente Maurizio Masi del Consorzio Chianti Rufina fatta al God Save Wine 2011.

Dopo una breve panoramica sulla serata, vengono spiegate dettagliatamente le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono il vino prodotto nello storico consorzio.

Freschezza abbinata al sapore tannico e deciso con una grande capacità di preservare intatta la propria struttura anche per molti anni, pur rimanendo in bottiglia. Punti di forza che, chi compra o colleziona vino, certamente valuta con attenzione.

Nel finale ... ecco la tanto attesa presentazione del Gusta Rufina 2011!!

Finalmente il corteo dei vini prodotti nel territorio fiorentino sfilerà nei migliori ristoranti e nei bistrot della nostra città, avvolgendola con il suo rosso velluto e il suo caldo gusto deciso.
Finalmente i fiorentini avranno l'opportunità di riscoprire il sapore della propria terra nei locali a loro più familiari e cari, festeggiando e brindando alla bella stagione ormai prossima.

The Florentines have finally the opportunity to rediscover the taste of their own land in the more familiar and dear restaurants, celebrating and toasting to the forthcoming summer season.

ROMA WINE FESTIVAL 2011

Le Cantine Fratelli Bellini, assieme a tutto il Consorzio Chianti Rufina, si preparano a partecipare al Roma Wine Festival che si svolgerà dal 7 (dalle 15.00 alle 23.00) all'8 maggio (dalle 14.00 alle 21.30) presso la "Città del Gusto" di Roma.

In questa edizione si aprirà una vera e propria "finestra sul Chianti" grazie ai sommelier dei banchi d'assaggio degli stand, ma anche grazie ai migliori ristoratori della capitale che, il prossimo fine settimana, creeranno dei momenti di degustazione di vino Chianti presso le più rinomate enoteche di Roma.

Di particolare rilievo strategico anche il "Seminario-degustazione per la stampa estera" presso il Teatro della Cucina organizzato da Gambero Rosso e condotto da Marco Sabellico, nota penna della rivista.

La grande tradizione culinaria del Lazio, ricca di sapori semplici ma decisi, solitamente appare un tutt'uno con i vini del suo territorio. E' la prima volta che partecipiamo a questo evento e speriamo di solleticare, per 2 giorni, la curiosità dei romani per poi conquistarli con i sapori intensi del vino Chianti.

Cantine Fratelli Bellini, with the Consortium Chianti Rufina, prepare to participate in the Rome Wine Festival that will run from 7 (from 15:00 to 23:00) to 8 May (14:00 to 21:30) at the "City of Food" in Rome.

In this edition you will get a window to the Chianti, thanks to the sommeliers at the tasting tables of the stands, but also thanks to the best caterers in the capital that, next weekend, will create moments of Chianti wine tasting to the most famous wines bar of Rome.

Of particular strategic importance is the "Seminar-tasting for the foreign press" at the Teatro della Cucina, organized by Gambero Rosso, conducted by Marco Sabellico, known pen of the magazine.

The great culinary tradition of Lazio, full of simple but decided flavors, usually appears at one with the wines of its territory. It's the first time we participate in this event, and we hope to tickle, for two days, the curiosity of the Romans, and then win them over with the intense flavors of the wine Chianti.
