Le Cantine Fratelli Bellini riappaiono su Toscana Goumet!

Quando meno te l'aspetti, ecco un'altro articolo su "Toscana Gourmet" del 26/03/2011 dedicato alle Cantine Fratelli Bellini. Una recensione tanto inattesa quanto lusinghiera verso l'altro grande prodotto di punta dell'azienda. Dopo la presentazione della "Bottiglia" del vino Podere il Pozzo, ecco l'articolo della stessa rubrica dedicata al nostro Chianti Rufina riserva.

Il Chianti Rufina riserva D.O.C.G. Riserva 2007 è un vino atipico, con un rapporto qualità prezzo invidiabile.
Versatile, fatto di Sangiovese con un po' di Colorino e Canaiolo, intriga chi lo assaggia con il suo colore rubino intenso e il profumo fruttato ed ha ottenuto un punteggio di 82/100 sulla scheda Onav de "La Repubblica".

L'occasione è stata quella di ripercorrere lo stesso percorso che fece Pellegrino Artusi nel 1852 con la celebrazione del centenario della sua morte. "Sulle strade dell'Artusi" è stato un pellegrinaggio eno-gastronomico culturale di cinque tappe da Portico di Romagna a San Godenzo e da San Godenzo a Pontassieve, con arrivo al cimitero delle Porte Sante, dove è sepolto il noto scrittore gastronomico. Ogni tappa è stata coronata con una cena a tema artusiano e al vino ci ha pensato il Consorzio Chianti Rufina. The Chianti Rufina riserva D.O.C.G. The occasion was to retrace the same journey that Pellegrino Artusi did in 1852, with the celebration of the centenary of his death. “On the streets of Artusi” has been a pilgrimage of food and wine culture of five stages from Portico di Romagna to San Godenzo and from San Godenzo to Pontassieve, arriving at the cemetery of Porte Sante where the famous writer Gourmet is buried. Each step was crowned with a theme dinner about Artusi’s style with wine provided by Consorzio Chianti Rufina. Podere il Pozzo conquista Toscana Gourmet

Si apre nel migliore dei modi il 2011 che vede una generale ripresa del mercato del vino toscano.

Proprio in questi giorni infatti c'e' particolare fermento per le presentazioni delle anteprime della Vernaccia (al museo di arte moderna di San Gimignano), del Chianti Classico (alla stazione Leopolda di Firenze) e del Brunello (presso la fortezza di Montalcino), tanto che La Repubblica ha dedicato a questi eventi una ricca pagina nella rubrica "Toscana Gourmet" del 12/02/2011.

Nella stessa pagina, per la sezione "La Bottiglia", abbiamo il piacere di essere stati scelti come punto di riferimento per ricordare che il Chianti Rufina, a tutti gli effetti, può essere considerato ormai al pari dei grandi vini della nostra gloriosa tradizione regionale.

Il Pozzo riserva 2007 spicca per le sue proprietà organolettiche, per il suo caratteristico gusto ma sopratutto per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed ha ottenuto un punteggio di 83/100 sulla scheda Onav de "La Repubblica". The year 2011 opens in the best way with a general market recovery of tuscan wine.

In these day there is ferment for presentations previews of the Vernaccia (at the Museum of Modern Art of San Gimignano), of Chianti Classico (at Leopolda station of Florence) and of the Brunello (at the Fortress of Montalcino) so that also the newspaper La Repubblica  as devoted a full page to these events in the column "Toscana Gourmet" of 12/02/2011.

In the same column, for section "The Bottle", we are pleased to have been choosen as a reference point to remember that Chianti Rufina, in effect, can now be considered at the equal of the great wines of our glorious tradition of the region.

Pozzo Riserva 2007 stands out for its organoleptic properties, for its characteristic taste and, above all, for its excellent value for money and gains 83/100 at the Onav tab of the newspaper "La Repubblica". We are proud to offer a high quality product and easy to find.

IV Edizione "Anteprima Chianti Rufina"

Riportiamo una nota, un breve assaggio, di un grande evento svoltosi il 12 e 13 novembre scorso e che ha richiamato numerosi giornalisti specializzati provenienti da tutta Italia e, in parte, dall’estero: l'anteprima dei vini Chianti Rufina 2010.

Abbiamo atteso qualche giorno per riportare la notizia in attesa di vedere i commenti e le impressioni che sono rimbalzati sulla rete.

E' stato colto in pieno lo spirito di coinvolgimento degli invitati che hanno partecipato alla cena e alla bella degustazione organizzata per il primo giorno. L'elegante salone dell'Hotel Westin Excelsior ha permesso di evocare un'atmosfera sontuosa e regale. Sicuramente, aver accostato l'assaggio di 6 Chianti Rùfina Riserva con altrettanti Premier Cru della Borgogna, entrambi dell’annata 2007, ha reso l'evento ancora più interessante.

Il secondo giorno, la degna conclusione con la presentazione e la degustazione delle annate 2009 e 2008 Riserva. Presso Villa Poggio Reale (che ospita anche il Museo della Vite e del Vino) un nutrito pubblico ha così potuto apprezzare i vini di 19 aziende delle 20 associate al Consorzio Chianti Rufina, accompagnandoli ai pregiati prodotti del Consorzio Prosciutto Toscano Dop.

Ottimi giudizi sono pervenuti dagli esperti, che confermano che il Chianti Docg della Rùfina è oggi uno dei GRANDI vini italiani con dei prezzi molto competitivi. Quelli presentati a questo evento sono vini giovani ma già dotati di qualità e finezza eccellenti che li porteranno ad evolvere nel corso degli anni.

Podere Il Pozzo - Limpido. Rubino carico. Naso: discretamente intenso e persistente, poco fine, fruttato maturo con lieve vegetale. Bocca: secco, poco fresco, sapido, tannico, discretamente caldo, sufficientemente pieno e continuo. Giovane. Discreto.

Chianti Rufina Riserva 2008
Cantine Fratelli Bellini - Limpido. Rubino carico. Naso: sottile ma persistente e fine, fruttato, speziato e vegetale. Bocca: secco, fresco e sapido, caldo, astringente, discretamente pieno e continuo. Giovane. Discreto tendente al buono.

Podere Il Pozzo - Colore granato scuro; naso particolare e diverso dagli altri ; bocca abbastanza piacevole, tannini in integrazione, buona spalla acida e buona Pai finale.
Da classificare buono ( 84/85 )

Chianti Rufina Riserva 2008
Cantine Fratelli Bellini - Rubino scuro; naso pulito di bell'impatto : gratificante, elegante, floreale; in bocca è ancora leggermente " verde ", tannini in fase di integrazione. Buona Pai.
Da classificare ora molto buono ( 88 ) in divenire otttimo ( 90 ).

Here is a note of a great event of the last 12 and 13 November which attracted many journalists from all over Italy and, partly, from the foreign countries: the preview of wines Chianti Rufina 2010.

We waited a few days to report the news and the comments that have been published on the net.

It's been caught the full spirit of involvement for the guests who attended the dinner and the beautiful tasting organized for the first day. The elegant room of the hotel Westin Excelsior has allowed to evoke a sumptuous and regal atmosphere. Surely,to approach the taste of 6 Chianti Rùfina wine vintage 2007 with the Premier Cru of the Borgogna vintage 2007, has made even more the interesting event.

The second day, a fitting conclusion with the presentation and the tasting of vintage wine 2009 and 2008 reserve, at the Villa Poggio Reale (in the cellars of the Villa there is the “ Vine and Wine Museum”, connected with some educational work-shops) a large audience could appreciate the wines of 19 winery between the 20 associated of the Consortium Chianti Rufina, with a high-quality products of Consortium Prosciutto Toscano Dop.

Good judgments are reached by the experts who confirm that the Chianti Rufina Docg today is one of the Great Italian wines with very competitive prices. The wines introduced to this event are young but already endowed with quality and excellent fineness that will bring them to evolve during the next years.

VIAGGIO DI DECANTER TRA LE VIGNE DI RUFINA

Riportiamo orgogliosamente qualche ritaglio di giornale tratto dal numero di Decanter di Agosto 2010. La rivista internazionale specializzata nel settore del vino che a maggio ha premiato le Cantine F.lli Bellini ben 2 volte, ha voluto approfondire la scoperta di questo territorio.
Le colline di Rufina, con la loro tradizione agricola e la conservazione del paesaggio naturale,
rendono l'esperienza del viaggio preziosa come un diamante.


La schiettezza del Sangiovese e la qualità del lavoro delle cantine ha appassionato anche i giornalisti di questa prestigiosa rivista. Nelle segnalazioni dei vini del Chianti Rufina che sono stati più graditi, ecco comparire anche il nostro prodotto più importante: "il Pozzo" (riserva 2007) che ottiene il miglior punteggio della valutazione (17.5/20)

The Rufina’s country, with his traditional agriculture and conservation of nature, makes the travel experience as precious as a diamond.

The frankness of Sangiovese and the quality of the work of the wineries has enthralled the journalists of this magazine. In the reports of the most pleasant  wines of Chianti Rufina there is also our most important product: "il Pozzo" (riserva 2007) that gets the best score of the evaluation, (17.5/20).

We thanks once again Decanter for having recognized the quality and goodness of our best wine: "Podere il Pozzo" now it's really a five-star wine!
