"COME DIVENTARE SOMMELIER IN 50 MINUTI...BEVENDO CHIANTI RUFINA"

We present the first event not to be missed at the Gusta Rufina of this 2012: the performance "HOW TO BECOME A SOMMELIER IN 50 MINUTES ... DRINKING CHIANTI RUFINA", which mocks the excesses of the wine lovers.

The performance will be held Wednesday, May 23, at the theater Cestello, in the center of Florence, at 8 p.m.. Admission is free but with reservation by writing an email to fogliatonda@gmail.com.
After the performance a rich aperitif offered to the participants from the Consortium of Chianti Rufina.

The actors of the commedy are Leonardo Romanelli, writer, journalist, educator in the field of wine and food and author of the same show and the florentine comic Alessandro Masti.

Romanelli makes a parody of the same world to which he belongs: a sommelier who teaches to taste the wines of Chianti Rufina in a sommelier course. Under the guise of teaching the basic rules for a thorough tasting, the bumbling teacher moves away from its role as academic, highlighting what are the tics that characterize most fanatical fans, that with friends prove to be only able to "amaze" (read "bores them"!), thundering through words, gestures and attitudes almost ridiculous.

Alessandro Masti will fall in the guise of student teetotaler that wants to know the nectar of Bacchus without knowing in what situations paroxysmal will be involved ... in a crescendo of hilarity engaging for all audiences!

The time to learn to pick up a glass and make a historical overview of this noble drink, giving to the end, between a laugh and the other, the desire to know more ... also about the Chianti Rufina!
