Su Vinum, la critica di lingua tedesca di Christian Eder, che pubblica in Germania, Austria e Svizzera, nella sezione Guida Chianti 2019, troviamo con 16,5 punti il nostro Chianti Rufina Riserva Vigna Vecchia 2013 del Podere Il Pozzo e con 16 punti il Chianti Rufina Riserva Cantine Bellini.

We are proud to share another excellent recognition for our Chianti Rufina. On Vinum, the German critic magazine of Christian Eder, which publishes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in the Chianti 2019 Guide section, we find our Chianti Rufina Riserva Vigna Vecchia 2013 of Podere Il Pozzo with 16.5 points and with 16 points the Chianti Rufina Riserva Cantine Bellini.

Il noto sito  JamesSuckling.com, a proposito del quale avevamo avuto il piacere di parlare in occasione del riconoscimento ottenuto dal Chianti Rufina Riserva Cantine Bellini, ha nuovamente premiato un prodotto della nostra cantina con un ottimo punteggio. Il Dominante annata 2015 Cantine Bellini ha infatti ottenuto l'ottimo punteggio di 92/100.

The famous site JamesSuckling.com, about which we had the pleasure of speaking at the recognition obtained by the Chianti Rufina Riserva Cantine Bellini, re-awarded a product of our cellar with a great score. The Dominante, Vintage 2015, Cantine Bellini has in fact achieved the good score of 92/100.


Bellini Toscana Mambo 2015 - Denso e fruttato, con sentore di frutti di bosco e cioccolato. Tannini rotondi e morbidi con finale fruttato. Intenso e corposo. Da bere nel 2020.

E' innegabile che negli ultimi anni siano aumentati a dismisura le testate giornalistiche e i social-media più o meno specializzati nel recensire vini di tutto il mondo. Davanti a una schiera così nutrita di esperti è diventato però sempre più comune trovare pareri ridondanti concentrati su produttori famosi, zone di produzione blasonate, bottiglie popolari, annate eccellenti.

Davanti al panorama enologico mondiale è difficile farsi notare per una piccola azienda votata a confezionare vini di qualità pur senza produrre una copiosa quantità di bottiglie.
Tuttavia, quando osservatori professionisti del settore hanno l'occasione di saggiare i prodotti della nostra piccola azienda nel Chianti Rufina, rimangono folgorati dall'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il sito JamesSuckling.com è nato nell'ottobre 2010 con la volontà di proporsi come sito fondato non sulle classiche note di degustazione ma anche su contenuti video con "figure chiave del vino in tutto il mondo", in quanto, come dichiarato sul sito stesso “ il bevitore di vino di oggi merita di più delle semplici recensioni e critiche solo scritte. Ha bisogno di vedere con i propri occhi il posto, la gente, e il processo di lavorazione”.

Oltre alle recensioni di Suckling, il sito dispone anche delle recensioni di Jessica Harnois, presidente dell'Associazione canadese dei sommelier professionisti.
James Suckling è un critico sia di vino e che di sigari e l'ex Senior Editor della nota rivista americana ed europea Wine Spectator, nonché Editor europeo di Cigar Aficionado. Suckling è considerato a livello internazionale come uno dei critici del vino più influenti del mondo e uno dei critici più esperti di sigari d'epoca.

La scala di valutazione è la classica da 100 punti. Suckling afferma che “un vino che valuto 90 punti o più è eccezionale. E 'un vino del quale voglio bere un bicchiere ed è un acquisto eccezionale. Se valuto un vino di 95 punti o più, è un must buy e una bottiglia che voglio bere nella sua interezza! Se valuto un vino meno di 88 punti, potrebbe ancora essere degno di acquisto, ma è necessario procedere con cautela”.

It's undeniable that, in recent years, have increased dramatically the newspapers and the social media more or less specialized in reviewing wines from around the world. In front of that host of experts, it has become common to find redundant opinions focused on famous producers, emblazoned production areas, popular bottles, excellent vintages.

In front of the global wine scene, it is difficult to get noticed by a small company devoted to pack quality wines without producing copious amounts of bottles.
However, when professionals industry watchers have the opportunity to sample the products of our small company in the Chianti Rufina, they remain struck by the excellent value for money.

The JamesSuckling.com site was launched in October 2010 with the will to act as a site founded not on the classic tasting notes but also of video content with "key wine figures around the world", because, as stated on the site itself "today’s wine drinker deserves more than just written reviews and criticism. They need to see with their own eyes the place, the people, and the rating process".

In addition to reviews of Suckling, the site also has reviews of Jessica Harnois, president of the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers.
James Suckling is an American wine and cigar critic and former Senior Editor and European Bureau Chief of Wine Spectator as well as European Editor of Cigar Aficionado. Suckling is internationally regarded as one of the world's most influential wine critics and one of the most experienced critics of vintage cigars.


The rating scale is the classic by 100 points. Suckling says that "A wine that I rate 90 points or more is outstanding. It’s a wine I want to drink a glass of and is an outstanding purchase. If I rate a wine 95 points or more, it is a must buy a bottle and I want to drink it in its entirety! If I rate a wine less than 88 points, it might still be worth buying but proceed with caution".

Resound again after one month, the echo of the Preview Chianti. We had the pleasure of reading, in these days, the glowing review from the overseas well-known Brazilian critic of wine Marcelo Copello, who has participated in Chiantilovers of this year.
Marcelo Copello is one of the leading opinion makers of the wine industry in Brazil. Elected "the most influential Brazilian wine journalist" by the magazine Meininger's Wine Business International, one of the leading publications in the wine business world. He is also publisher of the Anuário Vinhos do Brasil and of the Baco magazine and a leading expert in the country in market activities and wine.

IMAF CHEF'S CUP - Recensione su Paspartu

Si continua a parlare della serata viareggina dell'IMAF CHEF'S CUP. Un bell'articolo è uscito sul numero di aprile di Paspartu, con la firma del giornalista Gianluca Domenici, uno dei giurati in sala.

Paspartu è un periodico quindicinale, distribuito gratuitamente in più di ottomila copie in tutta la Versilia e zone limitrofe, che, dal 1992 ad oggi, è divenuto un vero e proprio punto di riferimento per notizie e consigli su come investire il proprio tempo libero.
Lo si può trovare nei seguenti punti di Lucca e Versilia: bar, palestre, locali del dopocena, ristoranti, negozi, uffici comunali e delle APT, parrucchieri e centri estetici, cinema, oltre che nella nuova redazione del giornale di Lido di Camaiore.

We continue to talk of the evening of the IMAF CHEF'S CUP in Viareggio . A nice article is came out in the April issue of Paspartu, with the signing of the journalist Gianluca Domenici, one of the jurors in the room.

Paspartu is a fortnightly magazine, distributed free in more than eight thousand copies available in the Versilia and neighboring areas, which, since 1992, has become a real focal point for information and advice on how to invest the free time.
You can find it in the following locations of Lucca and Versilia: bars, gyms, pubs, restaurants, shops, municipal offices and APT, hairdressers and beauty salons, cinemas, as well as in the new newspaper office in Lido di Camaiore.

The journal is a detailed program of cultural events in Versilia, with insights on what is happening throughout the province of Lucca and, more generally, in Tuscany: from theater to concerts of classical music, from art exhibitions to fairs, from the movie releases to concerts, from events gastronomic to theme nights.

There are many insights related to the culture of food and drink: in "Degustando", a veritable handbook on the many evenings wine tasting and typical products organized in the local area, and also in which "Sorsi e Morsi", which caters to gourmet and lovers of good food.

"Sorsi e Morsi" of the second half of April is dedicated to the starry event : we are proud to be present, in the article, with a positive criticism to our winery and the wines that were presented, as well as new labels Am@Uz, made in collaboration with Maurizio Baccili (in art, UZ).

Sangiovese Purosangue

Il 17 e 18 gennaio scorso si è svolto a Roma, presso il Radisson Blu Hotel, l’evento dedicato ad uno dei vitigni principali italiani, il sangiovese: nato nel 2012 come “Rosso di Montalcino” e diventato, negli anni successivi, prima “Sangiovese Toscano” e poi “Sangiovese d’Italia”, allargandosi perciò geograficamente prima all'intera Toscana e quindi a tutte le regioni in cui si coltiva questo vitigno. Quest’anno, per la sua quinta edizione, è stato scelto il nome di “Sangiovese Purosangue” con sottotitolo “Vini e Vignaioli d’Italia”.

L’evento, che ha permesso di degustare prodotti provenienti da tutta Italia, prevedeva anche numerosi seminari (che si sono svolti tutti nella giornata di domenica), per aiutare a conoscere tutte le realtà che hanno aiutato e favorito l’evoluzione dei vini prodotti con questo vitigno, focalizzati su un territorio particolare o su un aspetto della tradizione vitivinicola.

Cantine Fratelli Bellini - Chianti Rufina Riserva 2011: vino abbastanza estroverso e tipico grazie ad una dotazione aromatica di frutti di bosco ancora croccanti, genziana e gomma vulcanizzata. Alla gustativa il vino sembra abbastanza indietro grazie soprattutto ad un tannino crudo, deciso e, in generale, ad un equilibrio che si rivela ancora abbastanza traballante. Ha bisogno di tempo.

Podere il Pozzo - Chianti Rufina "Vigna Vecchia" Riserva 2011: è il più mediterraneo di quelli finora degustati grazie a chiare sensazioni di erbe aromatiche, prugna quasi in confettura, fiori secchi da diario, cuoio e una ben definita sensazione metallica a fare da cornice. Al sorso è molto rotondo, intenso, nitido e di buona lunghezza nel finale che si contorna di sensazioni sapide. Le vecchie vigne, probabilmente, hanno fatto il loro lavoro.

Rubino al colore. Il naso è scuro e profondo con sentori di propoli e liquirizia accompagnati da frutta in confettura, spezie e una spina dorsale ferrosa. In bocca si evidenzia una certa ammiccante maturità, una discreta acidità e una lunga e piacevole persistenza.

Cantine Fratelli Bellini - Chianti Rufina Riserva 2011: wine enough extrovert and typical,  thanks to an aromatic endowment of still crunchy berries , gentian and vulcanized rubber. At the taste, the wine seems enough back thanks to a tannin raw, decisive and, in general, to a balance that is even quite shaky. He needs time.

Podere il Pozzo - Chianti Rufina "Vigna Vecchia" Riserva 2011: is the most Mediterranean of those so far tasted, with clear sensations of herbs,  plum jam, dried flowers from the diary, leather and a well-defined sense of metal. The taste is very smooth, intense, crisp and good length on the finish that surrounds savory sensations. The old vines, probably, have done their job.

Ruby color. The nose is dark and deep with hints of propolis and liquorice accompanied by fruit jam, spices and a spine ferrous. In the mouth there is a certain winking maturity, a good acidity and a long and pleasant finish.

Recensione su The Wine Advocate

The Wine Advocate, più  noto come The Wine Advocate di Robert Parker, e informalmente abbreviato TWA o WA o, più recentemente, RP, è una pubblicazione bimestrale americana a carattere globale sul mondo del vino che contiene tutti i consigli per i consumatori da parte del noto critico Robert Parker.

La rivista, nata nel 1978, non accetta nessuna pubblicità e vanta la pubblicazione di più di 12.000 recensioni all'anno, ottenute attraverso il sistema di rating di Parker, che impiega una scala di qualità da 50 a 100 punti (Parker Points o semplicemente RP).

Pur non essendo la prima pubblicazione americana sul mondo del vino, né la prima ad utilizzare una scala numerica per definire il gradimento di un vino, The Wine Advocate è stata la prima a usarla come misuratore di gradimento del consumatore medio americano. Queste valutazioni sul vino hanno pertanto un effetto significativo sulla performance economica del vino esaminato. Il sistema fornisce infatti delle linee guida per quantificare la qualità di un vino in un formato popolare: i rivenditori usano comunemente  i  "punteggi Parker" per pubblicizzare i propri vini. I punteggi sono diventati addirittura dei punti focali per i collezionisti e gli investitori che acquistano vini di prim'ordine nella speranza che i punteggi Parker aumentino il valore del vino.

Il responsabile per la revisione dei vini d'Italia è la giornalista americana  Monica Larner, due volte vincitrice del Best Young Journalist of the Year (2008 e 2010), uno dei massimi onori assegnato ogni anno al Vinitaly e, nel 2012, vincitrice del Best International Journalist da parte del Comitato Grandi Cru d'Italia a Vinitaly, nel 2013 è stata selezionata da Parker, che l’ha definita come "... uno degli scrittori più completi in ambito di vini italiani", per entrare a far parte del suo team di lavoro.

In un recente viaggio in Italia, Monica è stata graditissima ospite della nostra cantina dove ha potuto vedere di persona le coltivazioni di vite, le botti di affinamento e assaggiare direttamente sul posto i nostri prodotti.
A qualche mese di distanza siamo lieti di poter esibire il voto assegnato al Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. “Podere il Pozzo” 2012 di ben 87+ RP e al Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. “Podere il Pozzo Riserva” 2011 di ben 91+ RP.

Riportiamo di seguito i testi completi delle recensioni. Questo quello relativo al Il Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. “Podere il Pozzo” 2012:
“Il Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. “Podere il Pozzo” 2012 si apre coi toni dolci del profumo di rose rosse e di pasta di mandorle. Lieve sentore di gomma naturale nel finale, seguito da catrame e resina. Il vino è piacevole in bocca, risultando insieme fresco e corposo. Il vero carattere del Sangiovese.

Il Podere il Pozzo è un posto pazzesco. Ho avuto l’occasione di visitarlo di persona. Il vigneti sono posizionati in un posto completamento isolato, in fondo ad una impossibile strada sterrata. Ma le belle sorprese sono spesso nascoste alla vista, e questa è stata una di quelle belle sorprese."

"Un elegante vino vecchio stile, il Chianti Rufina Riserva D.O.C.G. “Podere il Pozzo” 2011 si apre con bei toni di spezie delicate, frutti di bosco, prugne, mirtilli essiccati e foglie di tabacco. Il vino si mostra con un colore scuro e concentrato, con le note dolci della ciliegia e del cassis. L'aspetto più attraente di questo vino, comunque, sono le note fresche di erbe balsamiche, olio al rosmarino e zenzero che si sentono intensamente dal bicchiere. E' un vino bello ed elegante che rappresenta il Chianti Rufina. Un punteggio eccellente difficile da battere.

Il Podere il Pozzo è un posto pazzesco. Ho avuto l’occasione di visitarlo di persona. Il vigneti sono posizionati in un posto completamento isolato, in fondo ad una impossibile strada sterrata. Ma le belle sorprese sono spesso nascoste alla vista, e questa è stata una di quelle belle sorprese."

Anche se raggiungibile solo con strade bianche a tratti molto impervie, il fascino del paesaggio collinare costellato di boschi e vigneti a ridosso dell’appennino ha conquistato anche questa nota reporter americana.

The Wine Advocate, fully known as Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, and informally abbreviated TWA or WA or more recently as RP, is a global bimonthly winepublication based in the United States featuring the consumer advice of wine critic Robert M. Parker.

Born in 1978, accepting no advertising, the newsletter publishes in excess of 12,000 reviews per year, utilizing Parker's rating system that employs a 50-100 point quality scale (Parker Points or simply RP).

While not the first American wine publication, nor the first to use a numerical wine ratings scale, The Wine Advocate was the first to use it as parallel to the American educational grading system. These wine ratings have a significant effect on the economic performance of the reviewed wine. This system provided a guideline for quantifying a wine's quality in a standardize format. Retailers have used The Wine Advocate's "Parker scores" to market wines with high scores. The scores have also become focal points for collectors and wine investors who purchase highly rated wines in the hopes that the Parker scores will increase the value of the wine. 

Monica Larner is responsible for reviewing the wines of Italy, two-time winner of the Best Young Journalist of the Year (2008 and 2010), one of the top honors given out yearly at the Vinitaly exposition and, in 2012, winner of the Best International Journalist also presented by the Comitato Grandi Cru d'Italia panel at Vinitaly, was selected in 2013 by Parker, that has escribed her as "...one of the most comprehensive writers of Italian wines out there", to be a member of his staff. 

In a recent trip to Italy, Monica was very welcome guest in our winery where she could see for yourself the cultivation of the vine, the barrels of aging and taste our products.
A few months later we are pleased to be able to show the result awarded to the Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. "Podere il Pozzo" 2012 of 87+ RP and to the Chianti Rufina D.O.C.G. "Podere il Pozzo Riserva" 2011 of 91+ RP.

"The 2012 Chianti Rufina opens to sweet tones of fragrant red rose and almond paste.There is a bit of natural rubber at the back with tar an resin that adds further depth. The wine performs nicely in the mouth with both freshness and focus. It is very true to the Sangiovese grape.

"An elegant old school wine, the 2011 Chianti Rufina Riserva opens to beautiful tones of delicate spice, wild berry, prune, dried blackberry and tobacco leaf. The wine shows dark color and concentration with sweet endnotes of cherry and cassis. The most attractive aspect to the wine, however, are the bright notes of balsam herb, rosemary oil and dried ginger that rise with intensity from the glass. This is a very beautiful and elegant wine representing the Chianti Rufina appellation. You really can't beat this excellent value.

Il Pozzo is one of the craziest estates I have had the opportunity to visit in the appellation. Vineyards are located in complete isolation at the top of a impossible dirt road. But good surprises are often hidden from view, the this is one of those good surprise."

Although accessible only by dirt roads, sometimes very steep, the charm of the hilly landscape dotted with forests and vineyards close to the Apennines also won the famous American reporter.

VITAE - La Guida Vini dell'A.I.S.

E’ nata la nuova Guida dell’Associazione Italiana Sommelier, “Vitae”: nuovo nome (la guida Bibenda è di proprietà della FIS, la Federazione Italiana Sommelier), e nuova tipologia di giuria costituita dai Soci delle diverse delegazioni regionali per un totale di novecento esperti degustatori, ramificati su tutto sul territorio nazionale, con 162 realtà locali, che ben conoscono il patrimonio territoriale e sono in grado di valorizzarlo.
Sono stati assaggiati più di 28.000 etichette prima di restringere il campo a una selezione delle proposte più interessanti, per arrivare a selezionare circa 10.000 vini di oltre 3.500 aziende: un vero e proprio censimento dei vini italiani.
Ogni azienda selezionata è introdotta da una breve descrizione e, a seguire, vengono raccontati i vini selezionati, con una valutazione suddivisa in quattro fasce, identificate graficamente da una a quattro viti stilizzate: 1 vite corrisponde a una valutazione da 75 a 79 punti (discreto), 2 viti da 80 a 84 punti (buono), 3 viti da 85 a 89 punti (ottimo), 4 viti oltre 90 punti (eccellente).
Quattrocento sono state i vini premiati con il massimo riconoscimento, prestando attenzione tanto alle aziende storiche di prestigio quanto alle piccole e nuove realtà. Assegnati anche venticinque premi speciali Tastevin, ulteriore riconoscimento ad alcune aziende sia per il valore del vino, ma anche per aver riportato all’attenzione vitigni dimenticati.
La guida è divisa in ventidue i capitoli (che seguono l’organigramma regionale dell’A.I.S.), ognuno con un’introduzione che illustra le peculiarità d’insieme dell’area analizzata prima di passare alle singole schede.

Rosso Rubino Intenso. Naso variopinto, con sentori di ciliegia, lampone e prugna, pepe in grani e anice stellato; chiude con note di cacao ed eucalipto. Gusto caldo e tannico, profonda sapidità. E' ancora giovane, parti morbide e dure devono integrarsi ma dimostra un sicuro potenziale di evoluzione.
Invecchiamento: Vinificato in acciaio, sosta 8 mesi in barriqueque.
Piatto consigliato di accompagnamento: Spalla di agnello al mirto

CHIANTI RUFINA RISERVA 2011 D.O.C.G. (Rosso/Red)
Punteggio: 3 VITI
Composizione: Sangiovese 85%, Canaiolo e Colorino 15%
Grado Alcolico: 12,5%
Rubino luminoso. Profumo di ciliegia e ribes maturi, viola, pepe nero, vaniglia e liquirizia. Al gusto è caldo e sapido con tannino dolce che contribuisce a un buon corpo. Nel finale piacevole l'aroma di liquirizia.
Invecchiamento: 20 mesi di maturazione in legno
Piatto consigliato di accoppiamento: Tagliata di manzo

CHIANTI 2013  D.O.C.G. (Rosso/Red)
Punteggio: 1 VITE
Composizione: Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo e Colorino 20%
Grado Alcolico: 12,5%
Rubino vivace. Naso semplice con ciliegia rossa e lampone, viola e un pizzico di pepe. L'assaggio dimostra freschezza piacevole, facilità di beva, struttura modesta.
Invecchiamento: solo in acciaio
Piatto consigliato di accoppiamento: Pollo arrosto

CANTO LUPO 2010 I.G.T  (Rosso/Red)
Punteggio: 3 VITI
Composizione: Merlot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Sangiovese 20%
Grado Alcolico: 13,5%
Colore rosso rubino con trama colorante fitta. All'olfatto profondi sentori di frutta in confettura, mora, ciliegie nere, rabarbaro, pepe nero e china, accompagnati da  fragranze di humus e boisè. In bocca morbido e caldo, è tenuto in equilibrio da tannini  maturi e piacevoli, sapido e persistente nel finale.
Invecchiamento: sosta in barrique per 18 mesi.
Piatto consigliato di accoppiamento: Stracotto di manzo al pepe

CHIANTI RUFINA VIGNAVECCHIA RISERVA 2012 D.O.C.G. (Rosso/Red)

Rosso rubino intenso. Si apre all'olfatto con profumi di frutti di bosco in confettura seguiti da un floreale di viole e rose, note di alloro, chiodi di garofano, china e richiami di sottobosco. Al gusto sfoggia internsità e struttura, freschezza e morbidezza proporzionate, tannino ben integrato, è persistente.
Invecchiamento: In botti di rovere francese da 38 ettolitri per 24 mesi
Piatto consigliato di accoppiamento: Coniglio ai funghi

CHIANTI RUFINA IL POZZO 2012 D.O.C.G. (Rosso/Red)
Punteggio: 2 VITI
Composizione: Sangiovese 100%
Grado Alcolico: 13%
Rubino limpido e trasparente. Profumi di geranio, violetta, piccoli frutti di bosco, lampone, arancia e lievi note di spezie dolci. Al gusto si riconferma con quanto percepito all'olfatto. Caldo con gusto fresco e un tannino gustoso e scorrevole. Finale di bocca appena agrumato.
Piatto consigliato di accoppiamento: Penne all'arrabbiata.

It's born the new Guide of the Italian Sommelier Association, "Vitae": new name (the guide "Bibenda" is owned by FIS, the Italian Sommelier Federation), and new type of jury, made up of members of several regional delegations, for a total of nine hundred expert tasters, branched throughout the country, with 162 local, who know the territorial heritage and are able to enhance it.

Were sampled more than 28,000 labels, before narrowing the field to a selection of the most interesting, to get to select about 10,000 wines from more than 3,500 companies: a real census of Italian wines.

Each company selected is introduced by a brief description and, thereafter, the selected wines are described, with an evaluation divided into four bands, identified graphically by stylized screws: 1 screw corresponds to a rating of 75 to 79 points (discrete), 2 screws from 80 to 84 points (good), 3 screws from 85 to 89 points (very good), 4 screws over 90 points (excellent).

Four hundred wines were awarded with the highest award, paying attention as to the historical prestigious companies as to the small and new realities. Are also awarded twenty-five special awards "Tastevin", further recognition to some companies for the value of the wine, but also for bringing to the attention vines forgotten.

The guide is divided into twenty-two chapters (which follow the regional organization of the AIS), each with an introduction that explains the peculiarities of the whole area being analyzed before moving to individual cards.

The promotional action of Cantine Bellini put the  collegial initiatives of Consorzio Chianti Rufina by side at the sponsorships of major events, particularly sporting character, such as the III Firenze International Master Meet, the Magnalonga e the Volley Rufina.

Oggi presentiamo in questo post una novità interessante: la sponsorizzazione di un meeting aziendale di una importante azienda internazionale che opera nel settore tecnologico e specializzata negli impianti audio: la K-array, consolidata realtà impegnata, tra l'altro, nelle forniture video e audio per grandi concerti e gare di Formula 1. 

K-array ospita l'annuale incontro a livello internazionale ogni anno il 2 e il 3 di ottobre alla sua sede principale di San Piero a Sieve. Today, with this post, we introduce an interesting novelty: the sponsorships of a business meeting of an important international company  that operates in the field of technology and is specializing in audio systems: the K-array, consolidated society engaged, inter alia, with the supplies video and audio for large concerts and Formula 1 races.

K-array hosted its annual global distribution meeting on October 2nd and 3rd at their company’s Head Quarters in San Piero a Sieve.  The meeting put together the Italian brand’s partners from the four corners of the globe, to discuss about the management of  the company and the strategy for the future.

Our product this time does not support a comparison between athletes but a comparison between professionals who compete every day in the technology marketplace.

Attraverso questa iniziativa il vino delle Cantine Bellini ha potuto farsi conoscere così anche da operatori internazionali del settore. Insieme alle schede tecniche dei nostri vini, distribuite sui tavoli durante la cena aziendale, per l'occasione è stata creata appositamente una bottiglia con etichetta serigrafata come omaggio per tutti i partecipanti della serata.

 Through this initiative, the wine of Cantine Bellini could be known also by international operators. Together with the depliants of our wines, on the tables during dinner company,  for the occasion has been created a bottle label silk-screened as a tribute to all the participants of the event.

Nell'articolo di apertura, pubblicato nell'edizione del 07/04/2013, è stato riportato anche un breve spaccato dell'intervista rilasciata presso il nostro stand. Molto interessante anche la ricostruzione storica della tradizione vinicola di Rufina: i documenti storici citati sono dei veri e propri piccoli tesori, da ammirare più da vicino. Consigliamo caldamente a chi vorrà scavare fino "alle radici" dei nostri vitigni e viticoltori di ricercarli anche su internet.

In the opening article, published in the 07/04/2013, it's also reported a brief glimpse of the interview at our stand. Very interesting historical reconstruction of the tradition of the wine of Rufina: the historical documents mentioned are real treasures to admire more closely. We strongly recommend to those who want to dig up "the roots" of our vineyards and of the winemakers search for them on the internet.

Dopo il rientro dal viaggio promozionale presso le sedi della Total Wine & More della Florida, chiudiamo il nostro diario dando appuntamento a tutti gli appassionati americani alla prossima vetrina internazionale in programma nel nostro paese: il Vinitaly 2013.

Ci piace riservare però, ancora un piccolo spazio a una curiosa usanza del personale specializzato nella selezione delle forniture di zona.

Questi addetti della Total Wine & More, al momento della selezione periodica dei migliori vini usati per rifornire i punti vendita, lasciano "una nota" direttamente sullo scaffale dove viene esposto il prodotto. In questo modo, tutti i clienti possono vedere quelli che sono i giudizi e le opinioni personali degli esperti del settore, direttamente a fianco al prezzo della bottiglia.


After returning from the promotional tour at the headquarters of Total Wine & More of Florida, we close our diary giving appointment to all the American fans to the next showcase international program in our country: Viniyaly 2013.

We still like to reserve, however, a small space to a curious custom of the personnel specialized  in the selection of the supplies.

These employees of Total Wine & More, at the time of periodic selection of the best wines used to supply retail shops, leave a "note" directly on the shelf where the product is exposed. In this way, all the customers can see what are the personal views and opinions of experts in the field, directly next to the price of the bottle.

Naturalmente è stata una grande soddisfazione notare, durante il nostro tour, diversi commenti positivi. Anche un semplice visitatore del nostro stand ha voluto omaggiarci con un suo commento.

Of course it was a great satisfaction to note, during our tour, several positive comments.
Also a simple visitor of our booth wanted to tribute with his personal comment.

Vogliamo, quindi, dare spazio anche a questi semplici riconoscimenti, proprio come i premi importanti che finora abbiamo celebrato.

Wine & Spirit è un mensile inglese che tratta di vini, alcolici, birre e cocktails, diretto sia ai produttori che ai consumatori. Il mensile si occupa, tra l’altro, di stilare le due più importanti classifiche annuali nel campo del mercato internazionale di vini e alcolici, la "International Wine Challenge” e la "International Spirits Challenge”, che vengono poi pubblicate ogni anno nel libro World's Best Wines Guide.

Considerato che l'anno 2012 ci ha incoronato con importati recensioni e voti d'eccellenza, ci piace tracciare un profilo complessivo che il sito ha redatto sui prodotti.

L'augurio più sincero che possiamo fare per il prossimo anno è di poter continuare a lavorare al meglio per portare sempre sulle tavole di tutto il mondo un vino sincero che esalti il gusto dei cibi e della compagnia.

Siamo orgogliosi di riportare (purtroppo) solo una nota di un nuova recensione pubblicata su una rivista giapponese chiamata "How to open a wine bar" (non disponibile on line).

La rivista "How to open a wine bar" si rivolge a tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di aprire un locale, un wine bar o un’enoteca, attività molto fiorenti in questo momento in Giappone, tanto che il numero di persone che vorrebbe aprirne uno è in notevole aumento.
 
L’articolo riguarda il  "Rosso Toscano I.G.T Cantine Bellini"  recensito direttamente dalla catena di BarUOKIN.
Questo famoso Italian Bar di Tokyo afferma che il  "Rosso Toscano I.G.T Cantine Bellini” è un ottimo vino ad un ottimo prezzo. E’ un vino malizioso e confortante.
 
E’ da sottolineare che il UOKIN generalmente tiene un vino nel suo menù principale solo per circa tre settimane, ma il "Rosso Toscano I.G.T Cantine Bellini" è presente da ben due anni, in quanto si sposa perfettamente con tutti i tipi di piatti.

The article talk about the wine "Rosso Toscano I.G.T Cantine Bellini" reviewed directly by the BarUOKIN.

This popular Italian Bar in Tokyo says that the "Rosso Toscano I.G.T Cantine Bellini" is a reasonable wine but it does not taste cheap. It tastes mischievous and cheerful wine.

The UOKIN change his best wine glass of the menu every three months, but this wine has been on their principal menu for more than two year because it suits all kinds of food.

Speziato, leggermente erbaceo, con aroma di frutti rossi all'olfatto. Molto voluttuoso, di carattere e luminoso. Aroma di ciliegia, note di cannella e di mora.

(Red - Still)
Spicy, slightly vegetal, meaty black fruit nose. Voluptuous with depth, character and polish. Savoury cherry, cinnamon notes to blackberry fruit.

Le nomination ottenute ci permetteranno anche di essere "assaggiati" al Decanter World Wine Awards Trade Tasting che si svolgerà il 21st November 2011 a Londra.
Durante il prestigioso evento internazionale verrà eletto il vino dei vini dell'anno 2011.
