VINITALY 2010. Le prime impressioni

stand cantine bellini vinitaly 2010

Just shut the doors of Vinital that  the first comments on the event appear here on the network.
In general, operators were pleased to have organized and attended but have a global vision of the event is really difficult. We can tell about the show from our point of view. The turnout at the stand was good. Many young people are asked to taste our wines and make rejoice their stomach with the bread and the oil “Podere il Pozzo”, very healthy.

We always surprises the naturalness with which even the kids are excited to taste a Tuscan food as simple as bread and oil, named “fettunta”. The surprise of a taste so delicious, rarely tried again, put this simple dish for a day on top of all the snacks and appetizers, covered with chocolate , with which the major food companies have saturated the market.
In this regard, we thank Mr. Luciano Questi to have led directly from a bakery of Dicomano, a small centre near Rufina, the excellent Tuscan bread.

We would have liked, however, to offer many other chocolates with grappa provided by DISTILLERY DETA Barberino Val D'Elsa. Only lucky few were able to try the sweet symphony of chocolate Catinari that teases the palate before being swept by a wave of strong liquor. With the residue of distilled alcohol flavored with chocolate has been difficult to approach to the wine tasting for another quarter of an hour.

As usual, we have distributed to Italian and foreign professionals our wines and our brochures. In the moment of the taste, it’s judged all our work spent to make a product of excellence.

It’s too early to venture predictions; we hope to have been able to ride well in the experience of our guests to the gritty and typical  taste of the Chianti Rufina.

It's encouraging the response of our contact Swiss that, after having tasted the wines, thanked us giving us some special Swiss chocolate bars, very much appreciated.
