Il gioco dei di-vini senatori

L'unico modo per poter chiarire il concetto di WineArt senza inerpicarsi in nebulosi giri di parole è quello di metterlo in pratica.

The only way to clarify the concept of WineArt, without climbing into nebulous turns of phrase, is to put it into practice.

Come già proposto in precedenza (Ode all'autunno, Conquista del Castello, Rifugio per ghiotti virtuosi, Spirali di gusto sulla spiaggia) è stato organizzato un raduno di amici e sostenitori in occasione della mostra di un nuovo tema sviluppato da Maurizio Baccili: "Gli antichi senatori e la loro energia" presso l'Officina di Pietrasanta. 

As proposed earlier (Ode to autumn, Conquest of the Castle, Refuge for virtuous greedy, Spirals of taste on the beach) was organized a gathering of friends and supporters for the exhibition of a new theme developed by Maurizio Baccili: "The ancient senators and their energy" at the Officina of Pietrasanta.

Per poter continuare a crescere, il nostro progatto WineArt ha bisogno di essere nutrito e protetto da persone appassionate.

In questo freddo 29 novembre una schiera di "saggi" si è riunita spontaneamente per elevare il proprio ideale estatico... e diventarne baluardo. Questa è esattamente la chiave per comprendere le affollate scene dei quadri dedicati agli antichi filosofi. A ben vedere, i buongustai accorsi alla nostra aperi-cena artistica  sembravano proprio una rappresentazione vivente dei "senatori" dipinti sulle tele in esposizione!

In this cold November 29 a group of "wise" were gathered spontaneously to raise their idea of ecstatic perfection ... and become a bulwark of it. This is exactly the key to understanding the crowded scenes of the paintings dedicated to the ancient philosophers. On closer inspection, foodies flocked to our appetizer and dinner artistic seemed really a living representation of the "senators" painted on the canvases on display!

L'energia di questa serata dal profondo gusto latino è stata intensificata dalla degustazione dei vini Mamb-O, confezionati dalle Cantine Bellini, che per l'occasione si sono prestati per alcune sperimentazioni.

The energy of this evening with intense Latin flavor was intensified by a tasting of wines MAMB-O, manufactured by the Cantine Bellini, who on this occasion were lent for some experiments.

Durante l'aperitivo è stata proposta una rivisitazione autunnale di un cocktail classico: Daiquiri preparato con vino 100% Sangiovese. A seguito del recente LatAm Tour del Consorzio Chianti, una delegazione di sommelier e barman cubani ha viaggiato infatti attraverso l'oceano per approfondire la conoscenza dei vini toscani: questo omaggio speciale è stato pensato per dare il benvenuto a questi ospiti speciali.

During the aperitif it was proposed an autumnal twist on a classic cocktails: Daiquiri made with 100% Sangiovese wine. Following the recent LatAm Tour of the Consorzio Chianti, a delegation of sommeliers and bartenders of Cuba  has in fact traveled across the ocean to increase knowledge of Tuscan wines: this special tribute was thought to welcome these special guests.

Più tardi, abbiamo raggiunto i tavoli apparecchiati in un soppalco adornato dalle pulsanti tele di Maurizio Baccili raffiguranti energiche spirali quantistiche, tema che abbiamo adottato anche per etichettare la nostra più recente linea di vini Mamb-O, protagonista della serata.

Later, we reached the laid tables in a gallery adorned by the paintings of Maurizio Baccili depicting energetic quantum spirals, a theme that we have adopted also to label our newest line of wines Mamb-O, star of the evening.

Durante la cena le sorprese non sono finite! E' stata proposta un'ulteriore idea per rendere unici i momenti condivisi in compagnia mentre si consuma il vitto: delle etichette uniche, dipinte a mano, con cui rivestire le bottiglie presenti in sala. Allora, si è improvvisato spontaneamente, tra i commensali, un gioco interattivo di suggestioni che è consistito nello staccare, scambiare e attaccare la propria idea estetica dello stare insieme a tavola: un divertente intreccio di forme e colori per influenzare le emozioni e il gusto.

During dinner the surprises are not finished! E 'was proposed further idea to make uniques the moments shared with friends meanwhile we have meals: unique labels, hand-painted, which coat the bottles. So it been improvised spontaneously, among the guests, an interactive game of suggestions which consisted in detaching, exchanging and attacking their aesthetic idea of being together at the table: a fun blend of shapes and colors to affect emotions and taste.

Dopo aver portato a conoscere il nostro vino in giro per il mondo, ci rilassiamo un attimo alla calda atmosfera del Natale... finalmente a casa.

La suggestiva città di Firenze colora i suoi palazzi storici e momumenti più famosi per celebrare la festa della luce. Passeggiando per le strade del centro ci si incanta con le curiose proiezioni che rendono ancora più unici i suoi tesori artistici.

After bringing to know our wines around the world, we relax for a moment in the warm atmosphere of Christmas ... home at last. 

The city of Florence has colored her most famous historic buildings and monuments to celebrate the festival of light. Walking through the streets of downtown we are enchanted with the strange screenings that make it even more unique its artistic treasures.

Abbiamo approfittato delle installazioni del Firenze Light Festival per confezionare una insolita cartolina e  augurare a tutti i nostri lettori un Natale pieno di meraviglia e serenità.

World Tour 2015. La roccaforte del Chianti nell'Internetional Wine&Spirit Fair

Prima della pausa invernale rimane ancora il tempo per raccontare sul nostro blog dei progressi del mercato asiatico del vino, osservati durante la nostra recente partecipazione alla Internetional Wine&Spirit Fair presso Hong Kong.

Le Cantine Bellini hanno partecipato, come l'anno scorso, prendendo parte allo stand del Consorzio Chianti, che quest'anno ha concentrato la sua azione promozionale portando i rappresentanti di 50 aziende della nostra regione, oltre ad offrire un banco degustazione per tutte le altre etichette che non hanno potuto affrontare il viaggio.

Da sottolineare l'impatto titanico dello stand del Chianti che, a colpo d'occhio, poteva tranquillamente equipararsi all'intera area espositiva di importanti nazioni concorrenti come Francia, Spagna e Portogallo.
Agli occhi degli operatori non risultiamo più come un gruppo di sparuti pionieri del mercato asiatico ma i rappresentati di un territorio fortemente votato alla produzione e vendita di un vino con caratteristiche uniche che non teme il confronto con nessun grande produttore mondiale.


 Before the winter break we are still time to tell on our blog the progress of the Asian wine market observed during our recent participation in the Internetional Wine & Spirit Fair at Hong Kong.

Cantine Bellini participated, like last year, taking part in the stand of the Consorzio Chianti, which this year focused its promotional activities with the 50 most representatives companies of our region, as well as offering a tasting area for all other labels that could not make the journey.

We want to underline the titanic impact of the stand of Chianti that, at a glance, it could easily be equated to the entire exhibition area of important competitor nations such as France, Spain and Portugal.
In the eyes of the operators, we didn't appear like an haggard group of pioneers of the Asian market but representatives of a territory voted heavily in the production and sale of a wine with unique characteristics that tolerate comparison with any world producer.

La forza d'immagine del nostro allestimento è stata anche la chiave per permettere un continuo afflusso di visitatori e assaggiatori: quest'anno in particolare sono venuti ad osservare le nostre bottiglie molti più operatori professionisti. Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di intessere relazioni con tutto l'Est! Dall'Australia all'India, dalla Russia a Singapore. Finalmente abbiamo potuto beneficiare della vocazione internazionale di questo evento per cercare di farci conoscere su nuovi mercati.

Il livello medio di preparazione del pubblico ha raggiunto un livello accettabile: pur non avendo ancora ben focalizzato la posizione geografica o le tradizione gastronomiche del Chianti, è stata riconosciuta la ricchezza dei profumi e il pregio del gusto intenso dei nostri prodotti. 


The power of the image of our stand was also key to allow a continuous flow of visitors and tasters: this year in particular have come to observe our bottles many more professional operators. We had the opportunity to establish relationships with all the East! From Australia to India, from Russia to Singapore. We have been able to benefit from the international vocation of this event to try and let us know about new markets.

The average level of preparation of the public has reached an acceptable level: it was not yet tightly focused the geographic location or the culinary tradition of Chianti, but has been recognized the wealth of aromas and the advantage of the rich taste of our products.

Abbiamo già osservato, nei nostri precedenti viaggi in Cina, che la potenza aromatica del sangiovese suscita in generale un impatto "astratto" con le abitudini del palato orientale. Tuttavia, è nella passione di affermare una forte tradizione di buon vino che i gusti astratti possono suscitare una virtuosa curiosità e diventare Arte.

La roccaforte del Chianti ha difeso molto seriamente questo concetto, resistendo anche a ripetute richieste di numerosi speculatori  cinesi, alla caccia di aziende che svendessero il vino sottocosto per riproporlo sul mercato della grande distribuzione. 


We noted, in our previous trips to China, that the aromatic power of sangiovese arouses a general impact "abstract" to the habits of the eastern palate. However, it is with the passion to assert a strong tradition of good wine that the tastes abstract can arouse curiosity and become Art.

The stronghold of Chianti defended very seriously this concept, also resisting to repeated requests from numerous Chinese speculators hunting for companies that want to sell wine below cost to propose it on the retail market.

WORLD TOUR 2015. Interwine China 2015. Una pronuncia quasi corretta

Anche se l'esibizione dei prodotti è stata breve, la partecipazione alla fiera è stata impegnativa. La lunga traversata aerea, i controlli burocratici e l'organizzazione dello stand sono solo alcune delle attività da affrontare prima di essere in grado di accogliere i visitatori alla nostra postazione di assaggio.

Even if the exhibition of the products was short, the participation in the fair has been challenging. The long aerial crossing, bureaucratic controls and the organization of the stand are just some of the activities to be addressed before it is able to welcome visitors to the booth to the tastings.

All'apertura della fiera si palesa la vera e propria sfida di questo viaggio: istruire i visitatori ad associare un nome e un significato alla bevanda proposta.

With the opening of the fair is revealed the real challenge of this trip: to educate visitors to associate a name and a meaning to the proposal drink.

Abbiamo già potuto constatare con le nostre precedenti esperienze che,  pur essendo affascinato dal mito del "bere italiano", il pubblico cinese non ha la minima percezione della complessità del vino.

We already have seen, in our previous experiences, that the Chinese public has not the slightest perception of the complexity of the wine, while being fascinated by the myth of the "Italian drink".

Anche parlando con rappresentanti di importanti società locali, si può constatare che gli elementi che rendono il prodotto attraente sono in realtà solo quelli più marginali: la forma della bottiglia, il disegno dell'etichetta, il grado alcolico complessivo.

Even talking with representatives of important local companies, we find that the elements that make the product attractive are actually only the most marginal: the shape of the bottle, the label design, the overall alcohol content.

Interwine China Showcase è attualmente l'unica fiera internazionale del vino che vede la collaborazione della China National Association for Wine and Spirit Circulation. Questa collaborazione, oltre alla presenza di più di 4.000 ristoratori e importatori accreditati, ha veicolato anche una sostenuta presenza di intermediari e rappresentanti europei già operanti nel settore della ristorazione cinese.

Interwine Showcase China is currently the only international wine fair which involves the collaboration of the China National Association for Wine and Spirit Circulation. This collaboration, in addition to the presence of more than 4,000 accredited restaurateurs and importers, has also guaranteed a sustained presence of intermediaries and European representatives that already working in the China catering's industry.

Il mercato cinese è pronto a "bere vino Chianti" ma è necessario che le aziende produttrici siano in grado di "parlare cinese". Un soggetto interprete sembra essere il mezzo più semplice per  trasmettere i principi della cultura toscana per elevare il nostro rosso da semplice status symbol a divenire un alimento popolare e riconoscibile. Un risultato apprezzabile che ci ha sicuramente messo allegria è aver finalmente iniziato a sentire pronunciare "cianti" ...non perfetto ma è sicuramente un progresso!!

 The Chinese market is ready to "drink wine Chianti" but it is necessary that the manufacturers are able to "speak Chinese." A interpreter seems to be the easiest way to convey the principles of Tuscan culture to raise our red wine from simple status symbol to become a popular food and recognizable. A successful result, that there has put joy, is to have finally started to feel pronounce "cianti" ... not perfect but it is definitely a step forward!!

XXXIX Bacco Artigiano: le origini della manifestazione

Se da un lato il tradizionale Corteo Fiorentino ed il Carro Matto non hanno deluso chi già conosceva la manifestazione e hanno sorpreso invece i turisti che si trovavano per caso in Piazza della Signoria o in Via dei Calzaioli in quel momento,

La ricchezza dei festeggiamenti che hanno caratterizzato questa edizione del Bacco Artigiano, probabilmente anche in vista dell’anniversario dei suoi primi 40 anni ci hanno piacevolmente colpito e ci hanno invogliato a saperne di più sulle origini di questa festa.

The richness of the festivities that have characterized this Bacco Artigiano's year, probably in view of the anniversary of its first 40 years, has impressed us pleasantly and so we were encouraged to learn more about the origins of this festival.

La prima Festa dell’Uva fu istituita in tutta Italia nel 1930 per volontà del regime col nome di “Festa Nazionale dell’Uva” e Rufina si distinse fin dai primi anni per impegno organizzativo e originalità di realizzazioni. Abbiamo ritrovato anche un trafiletto de La Nazione del 1930 dove viene descritta la prima manifestazione:

The first Grape Festival was founded in Italy in 1930 by fascist regime as "National Day of Grapes" and Rufina stood out for the organizational commitment and originality of achievements. We also found a blurb of the daily La Nazione of 1930 which describes the first event:

Fin dalla prima edizione vengono realizzati carri allegorici e carri coi fiaschi caricati a cesta, secondo la tradizione del luogo, carri che diventeranno poi il noto Carro Matto, simbolo del Bacco Artigiano. Il Carro Matto ricorda quando, durante la Repubblica Fiorentina, il 29 settembre di ogni anno, in occasione del vino nuovo, veniva costruita una piramide enorme di fiaschi che, dopo aver ricevuto la benedizione nella Chiesa di via Calzaioli, veniva portata al Palazzo della Signoria, dove il Gonfaloniere brindava insieme ai Priori alla salute del popolo fiorentino.

L’origine di questo particolare metodo di trasporto risale addirittura al XIV secolo, quando il rosso toscano veniva portato dal Chianti, in particolare da Poggibonsi e da Rufina, a Firenze all’interno dei fiaschi disposti a piramide (a cesta) su lunghi barrocci trainati da cavalli.
Il fiasco, tipico contenitore toscano, era un tempo l’unico utilizzato per il vino. Soffiati a bocca dal fiascaio, ne venivano realizzati in una quantità tale da avere addirittura una piazza a loro dedicata: il Canto dei Fiascai (tra via della Condotta e via Calzaioli), dove si trovavano le principali botteghe artigiane dove venivano realizzati sia i contenitori di vetro (fiaschi nudi) che il rivestimento in erbe palustri come sala o rascello. La paglia aveva la funzione di proteggere il vetro dagli urti e nello stesso tempo serviva come isolante termico contro le alterazioni della bevanda.

The origin of this particular method of transportation dates back to the fourteenth century, when the red tuscan wine was brought from the Chianti, in particular from Poggibonsi and Rufina, to Florence inside the flasks arranged in the shape of a pyramid ("a cesta") over a long wagon driven by horses. 
The flask, the typical Tuscan container, once was the only container used for wine. Blown from the flaskman, they were made in such a quantity as to have even a square dedicated to them: the Canto dei Fiascai, the Corner of Flaskmen, (between Via della Condotta and via Calzaioli), where there were the main workshops where were made ​​both containers glass (flasks nudes) that the coating with marsh grasses such as sala or rascello. The straw had the function to protect the glass from bumps and, at the same time, served as a thermal insulator against deterioration of the beverage.

Pulizia e rinnovo delle botti di invecchiamento

I nostri articoli del blog ci hanno fin qui permesso di rivelare alcune panoramiche sul piccolo e grande mondo della nostra cantina vinicola.

Abbiamo contemplato la generosità e la bellezza della nostra terra: i profumi e sapori dei nostri prodotti sono tanto intensi quanto fragile è l'ecosistema di una piccola realtà come quella del territorio di Rufina.

Un altro aspetto su cui abbiamo più volte posto l'attenzione è anche il patinato mondo della promozione fieristica e degli eventi enogastronomici.

Ma entrambe queste realtà non potrebbero esistere senza il cuore pulsante dell'attività in cantina.

Our blog’s sections have allowed us to reveal some small details together with a large panoramic of the world of our winery.

We have contemplated the bounty and the beauty of our land: the scents and flavors of our products are as intense as it’s fragile the ecosystem of a small country like that of the territory of Rufina.

Another aspect on which we have repeatedly drawn attention is the glamorous world of exhibition and promotion of food and wine.

But both these realities could not exist without the heart of the winery.

Sbadatamente, si fa sempre poca attenzione ai processi produttivi "intermedi" necessari alla realizzazione di una bottiglia di vino; certamente si tratta di lavori meno blasonati del sommelier o del viticultore (e forse anche poco fotogenici o apparentemente poco interessanti).

Eppure è nello sforzo logistico e organizzativo quotidiano che si realizza un prodotto di qualità. L'attenzione posta nelle fasi di trasporto, stoccaggio, maturazione e imbottigliamento del vino impediscono il degrado o la contaminazione del prodotto grezzo ottenuto dalla vendemmia.

Carelessly, everyones give little attention to the "intermediate" processes necessary for the realization of a bottle of wine; it’s not certainly a noble work as the sommelier or the winemaker (and perhaps not photogenic or seemingly interesting).

But it’s in the daily logistical and organizational effort that it’s make a quality product.
The attention during transport, storage, maturation and bottling of wine can prevent the degradation or contamination of the crude product obtained from the harvest.

La manutenzione straordinaria della corsia di botti di cemento ci da l'occasione di raccontare il nostro costante impegno nel seguire scrupolosamente metodi di lavoro qualitativamente certificati.

Questo genere di impianto per la conservazione del vino è molto diffuso nella tradizione vinicola italiana. All'esterno, la corsia di botti appare come un susseguirsi di grandi vasche in muratura che hanno una vaga forma tondeggiante e sono dotate di particolari rubinetti posti alla loro base.

La manutenzione del cemento interno, quello a diretto contatto con il vino, permette di garantire un perfetto isolamento termico  (maggiore di quello ottenibile in silos di acciaio) e quindi una maturazione graduale della materia già fermentata.

Dopo aver tolto il tartrato di calcio e dopo un accurato lavaggio con acqua e soda, è stata effettuata l'asportazione di tutte le vernici precedenti con una sabbiatura.

La vasca è stata successivamente trattata con resine epossidiche, specifiche per uso alimentare, in modo da ottenere un ambiente integro, sterile, buio, facilmente lavabile e sanificabile al momento del travaso del vino.

After removing the calcium tartrate and after a thorough washing with water and soda, has been carried out the removal of all previous paints with a blasting .

The tank has been suitably treated inside with epoxy resins specific for food use, in order to obtain an healthy ambient, sterile, dark, easily washable and sanitized at the time of pouring the wine.

Per realizzare la manutenzione interna di queste botti è necessario essere dei veri contorsionisti! Accedere e lavorare in un luogo così angusto è fisicamente molto complicato e faticoso.

Anche il rinnovo della pavimentazione e delle attrezzature idrauliche di raccordo tra i contenitori utilizzati in cantina garantiscono la lavorazione del vino in un ambiente pulito e igienico.

To achieve the internal maintenance of these barrels you have to be a real contortionist! Access and work in a place so narrow is physically very complicated and difficult.

The renewal of the pavement and the equipment of hydraulic connection between the containers used in the processing of the wine ensure a clean and hygienic ambient.

L’investimento di risorse e tempo che ha richiesto questa manutenzione straordinaria è stato notevole!
Ma l’integrità del nostro stile di vinificazione è importante quanto la coltivazione dei vitigni e riflette appieno la tradizione della zona.

Cantine Bellini resta quindi fedele al suo metodo di lavoro, al riparo da alchimie stravaganti e mode passeggere che possono influenzare la maturazione del vino.

The investment of resources and time that this  maintenance has required has been remarkable!
The integrity of our winemaking style is as important as the cultivation of vines and reflects the tradition of our territory.

Cantine Bellini remains faithful to his method of work, away from alchemies and extravagant fads that may influence the maturation of the wine.

SONDAGGIO: Un nuovo stile per la bottiglia Cantine Bellini!

Dal nostro blog, apriamo il 2014 nel segno del rinnovamento e invitiamo i nostri lettori affezionati a "brindare" al nuovo anno con delle bottiglie, per così dire, “fuori dall’ordinario”.

Presentiamo infatti, anche sulla rete, le nuove idee per il confezionamento dei nostri prodotti, che hanno già fatto la loro apparizione in anteprima presso il nostro stand al Vinitaly 2013.
Per il pieno compimento del nostro percorso nel potenziamento dell'immagine, abbiamo introdotto nel blog uno spazio dedicato a un sondaggio, per un raffronto diretto fra i seguenti prototipi.

Le opinioni di qualsiasi avventore della rete risulteranno preziose per eleggere la linea di etichette più elegante che vestirà i nostri vini nel futuro. Questo stesso articolo è uno strumento prezioso per avere la possibilità di osservare attentamente i dettagli grafici anche al di fuori della cornice sfavillante delle esposizioni fieristiche.

Per semplificare la votazione del sondaggio sono stati battezzati i seguenti temi: "Nuovo stile sigillo", "Vecchio stile pergamena" e "Nuovo stile ovale".

From our blog, we open the 2014 in the sign of renewal and invite our loyal readers to "toast" to the new year with a bottle, "out of the ordinary."

We present, even on the network, new ideas for the packaging of our products, which have already made their appearance in the preview at our stand at Vinitaly 2013. 
For the fulfillment of our journey in enhancing our image, we have introduced in the blog a space dedicated to a survey, for a direct comparison between the following prototypes.

The views of any customer of the network will be valuable to elect the most elegant line of labels that will wear our wines in the future. This same article is a valuable tool to have the opportunity to closely observe the graphic details outside of the frame of sparkling expositions.

To simplify the vote in the survey were baptized the following themes: "New style seal", "Old style scroll" and "New style oval".

Let's see in detail what it is:

NUOVO STILE SIGILLO

NEW STYLE SEAL

Una veste innovativa rispetto a tutte le etichette tradizionali del consorzio Chianti Rufina, ideata con l'intenzione di rompere gli schemi della composizione classica quadrangolare.
Il logo Cantine Bellini è posto idealmente come sigillo al vino contenuto nella bottiglia. Il vino incornicia il cerchio del "sigillo", distanziandolo dalla parte descrittiva dell'etichetta che è composta solo di elementi essenziali.
 Il colore saturo del rosso, blu, verde o giallo sullo sfondo della confezione, aiuta ad identificare le nostre varie tipologie di vino e pone una nota "eccentrica" di contrasto con il nero contenuto della bottiglia.

An innovative style, as compared to all the traditional labels of the Chianti Rufina consortium, created with the intention to break the mold of classical composition quadrangular. 
The logo Cantine Bellini is ideally placed as a seal to the wine contained in the bottle. The wine framing the circle of the "seal", spcing out the descriptive part of the label, that is composed only of essential elements.
 The saturated color of red, blue, green or yellow on the background of the pack, it helps to identify our various types of wine and put a note "eccentric" to contrast with the black bottle's contents.

OLD STYLE SCROLL

E' l'attuale veste della bottiglia Cantine Bellini ormai  utilizzata da quasi dieci anni.
Ispirata alle invenzioni di Leonardo da Vinci,  l'etichetta è realizzata con carta a grana grossa e ruvida al tatto, proprio come una antica pergamena.
Sullo sfondo compaiono appunti, schizzi stilizzati, ghirigori e sbavature d'inchiostro che rappresentano i passaggi del lavoro che sta dietro alla realizzazione della bottiglia stessa.
Al centro della pergamena, campeggia il logo del vino che rappresenta l'Idea da realizzare col nostro "progetto".

It's the current label of the bottles Cantine Bellini used by almost ten years.
 Inspired by the inventions of Leonardo da Vinci, the label paper is manufactured with coarse and rough to the touch, just like an old scroll.
 Notes appear in the background, stylized sketches, doodles and ink smudging representing the steps of the work behind the creation of the bottle.
 At the center of the scroll, the logo of the wine that stands out is the Idea to accomplish with our "project".

NEW SYLE OVAL

L'impostazione grafica è del tutto simile al vecchio stile. La carta utilizzata sempre spessa e ruvida.
I soli colori utilizzati per la realizzazione di questo tema sono il bianco, il nero e il grigio che nello sfondo dell'etichetta ricordano la trama di una roccia.
Sullo sfondo, come scolpito nel marmo, nell'ardesia o nella pietra serena, spicca ingrandito il logo

delle Cantine Bellini.
Un ulteriore riferimento all'elemento "Terra" da dove il vino trae origine, è la forma stessa dell'etichetta: arrotondata. Con questa veste si cerca di coniugare stile coniugare eleganza e potenza d'immagine. 

The graphic layout is very similar to the old style.  

The paper used always thick and rough.

The only colors used in the creation of this theme are white, black and gray in the background of the label reminiscent of the texture of a rock. 

In the background, such as carved in marble, slate or sandstone, stands a larger logo of Cantine Bellini.

 A further reference to the element "Earth", where the wine originates, is the own form of the label: rounded. With this label, we tries to combine elegance and power of image.

Il nostro sondaggio rimarrà attivo sul blog per tutto il 2014, in modo da poter raccogliere un numero cospicuo di opinioni, per poi eleggere la veste più adatta per confezionare le nostre bottiglie.
