Sabato 29 ottobre a Milano, presso The Mall in piazza Lina Bo Bardi, è stata presentata la Guida Vini Vitae 2017, la guida dell’Associazione Italiana Sommelier.
Sono aumentati, rispetto all’edizione dello scorso anno, i simboli che contraddistinguono la guida AIS, con l’inserimento della Freccia di Cupido e del Salvadanaio. Il primo rappresenta l’impatto emozionale che alcuni vini hanno saputo trasmettere sin dal primo sorso, mentre il secondo è stato assegnato a quei prodotti in grado di esprimere un particolare valore relativamente al prezzo e alla tipologia.
Vitae 2017 dà voce a una produzione che si scopre sempre più green. Nello spirito della propria filosofia, l’AIS dedica molta attenzione all’etica dei processi produttivi, dalla vigna alla cantina, valutando con cura particolare i vini che meglio hanno saputo esprimersi, nel rispetto della salvaguardia ambientale.
Per le Cantine Bellini sono stati selezionati il Chianti Rufina Riserva D.O.C.G. 2013, che ha ricevuto ben tre viti (i punteggi seguono una scala da uno a quattro), il Chianti D.O.C.G. annata 2015, il 100% Sangiovese I.G.T. annata 2015, il Dominante I.G.T. 2013, il Mambo rosso I.G.T. annata 2015 e il Mambo bianco I.G.T. annata 2015.

The symbols that distinguish the AIS guide are increased compared to last year, , with the inclusion of the Cupid's Arrow and of the Piggy Bank. The first is the emotional impact that some wines have been able to pass from the first sip, while the second was awarded to those products able to express a particular value relative to the price and the type.
Vitae 2017 gives voice to a production that discovers itself more and more green. In the spirit of its philosophy, AIS pays much attention to the ethics of the production process, from the vineyard to the cellar, considering very carefully the wines that have best been able to express themselves, in accordance with environmental protection.
For the Cantine Bellini were selected the Chianti Rufina Reserve D.O.C.G. 2013, which has received three screws (the scores follow a scale from one to four), the Chianti D.O.C.G. vintage 2015, the 100% Sangiovese I.G.T. vintage 2015, the Dominante I.G.T. In 2013, the red Mambo I.G.T. vintage 2015 and white Mambo I.G.T. vintage 2015.
